Financeable has been updated to allow brokers to preview key compliance documents before they’re sent to the client. This update helps you identify and correct errors earlier, reducing the risk of incorrect information being shared with clients. This feature is available to all Financeable users.
What’s changed?
Previously, Financeable sent compliance documents directly to the client once they were generated, with no option for brokers to review them beforehand. With this update, you can now preview the following documents before sending:
Combined Credit Guide and Privacy Consent form
Combined Preliminary Assessment and Credit Proposal Disclosure
When these documents are ready to be sent, a preview window will appear within the application, allowing you to review the draft before proceeding.
How does the preview work?
Follow the below steps when you reach the stage in the application where compliance documents are generated:
Click the "Send Disclosure" button
2. Financeable will display a preview window. Click the "Preview document" button
2. Review the draft documents on screen
3. If changes are needed, update the application details in Financeable and make sure the data is correct in your Mercury Nexus CRM opportunity
4. Once satisfied, generate and preview the document again
5. Send the documents to your client
What do you need to do?
No setup is required to access this feature.
Best practice going forward:
Always review the previewed documents before sending
Check client details, application structure and disclosures
Make corrections in the application if anything looks incorrect
Taking a moment to review can prevent delays later in the process.
