Are email merges sent via O365?

No, email merges are still sent using the Connective Mail Server

Can Connective assist me to reconfigure my O365 account?

No, this is out of scope. The Mercury Helpdesk will not assist with any configuration changes to your O365 account and mailbox. If you do require assistance we recommend contacting your IT support or Microsoft support.

I've received this email?

If for any reason the O365 Integration is unable to connect to your account the Integration is automatically disabled and this notification will be received. The email will be resent on your behalf via our mail server.

A common cause would be where your O365 account password has changed. You would be required to re-integrate to enable O365 email functionality again.

The import emails button is showing "No Emails" and it was working previously?

First step would be to disable the integration and reintegrate with your mailbox.

Can I connect my google mailbox which I use Outlook to access?

No, the Integration will only work with Office 365 hosted accounts.

My work email is not available via my O365 account?

Note it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the emails are available via the O365 account.

The date of the imported email in Nexus is different to in Outlook?

Log in to your Office 365 account. Open the settings and check the time zone. Ensure you are using an Australian time zone.

I use a stand alone installation of Microsoft Office, can I connect my Outlook account?

No, the Integration will only work with Office 365 hosted accounts.

I have access to multiple mailboxes, can I connect them all?

No, if you access multiple O365 mailboxes you can only enable the integration with one per Mercury account. It will connect to the mailbox which has the current session. If you have connected to the wrong mailbox you will need to disable the integration, then sign in to the correct O365 account via the O365 website. Then re-enable the integration.

Can I use this if my group has an Outgoing Mail Server setup?

Yes, even if your group has an Outgoing Mail Server setup you can enable this Integration. Email will be sent in the following priority.

1. O365 Integration account

2. Outgoing Mail Server

3. Connective's Mail Server on behalf of user (default setting with neither above option enabled)

I can't see all of my Inbox folders?

There's a maximum number of 200 sub folders that can be displayed under your main inbox. If you have more than this, you will not be able to access them via the Integration.

I can't see all of my emails when I use the search?

There's a maximum number of 25 emails returned when using the search bar in a folder. If you have more than 25 emails to upload. Create a transition folder in Outlook. When you have a large number of emails for a particular record to upload - move these emails into your transition folder in Outlook. Then from Nexus you will be able to load all records in the transition folder without needing the search field.
