Property Tools (Connective Property Tools) is a paid service that provides access to RP Data.
RP Data allows you to:
Generate detailed property reports
Analyse property values and sales history
Access market insights to support client recommendations
This service is:
Invoiced and managed by Connective
Discounted in line with CoreLogic pricing
How PropertyHub and Property Tools work together
When you have a Property Tools (RP Data) subscription:
PropertyHub and RP Data become connected
You can access both platforms using the same login details
Watchlists and insights sync across both tools
This allows you to:
Research a property in RP Data
Monitor it using watchlists
Order a valuation via PropertyHub in Mercury Nexus
