Sales Funnel

The Sales Funnel is an additional view of your Opportunity records. You can customise the report, using the following filters:

  • Select the Status from the drop-down menu.

  • Select the User from the drop-down menu.

  • Select the Lead Source from the drop-down menu

Business Statistics

To customise a Business Statistics report, choose from the following filters:

  • Select the Opportunity Type from the drop down

  • Select the User from the drop-down menu

  • Select the Lead Source from the drop-down

  • Select the Loan Category from the drop down

  • Choose a Date Range

  • You can choose to Search By the; Target Status, Settlement or Fixed Expiry.

  • You can also group the data by selecting an option from the Group By drop-down

  • You can change the Target Status by selecting an option from the status list.

Note: The report will automatically generate on the filters you select.

  • Click on Pie Chart or Column Chart tab to view the data in a chart.

Note: A report description is displayed at the bottom of the screen and will show the data that is being used in the report.

Settlement Report

This section allows you to track the volume of settlements over a period of time.

Generate a Settlement Report

To customise a Settlement Report choose the following filters:

  • Select the Opportunity Typefrom the drop-down

  • Choose a Userfrom the drop-down or select all.

  • Choose a DateRange

  • Choose a UFC Rate

  • You can also group the data by selecting an option from the Group By drop-down

Note: the report will automatically generate on the filters you select.

  • Click on the Chart tab to view the data in chart form

  • Right click anywhere on the table to export to download as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

Double click a line item to further drill down and view the included records.

To view separate branch data, first move into the branch (or all branches) then click the Refresh button.

Database Activity

Database Activity allows you to track sent emails, SMS messages, tasks, notes and document TFN redaction.

Tasks completed

You can use the completed tasks to track all of the tasks that have been completed throughout your entire company.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

Notes

View notes created by any user in your company.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

Emails

Enables to you track emails sent from Mercury using the following criteria:

  • Created By - The user who created the email.

  • From- The email profile used in the email.

  • To- lists the email address the email was sent to. Useful to check for errors.

  • Subject- Subject line of the email.

  • Date Created- shows the date the email was generated.

  • Date Sent- shows that the email successfully left the Mercury system. If there is no date here, the email was not sent and it is likely there is a problem with the email address.

  • Opened - indicates the email has been opened, but only if the client has enabled Image Preview. While this indicates which emails have definitely been opened, if there is no value here it is still possible that the email has been opened by the client.

  • Unsubscribed - lists clients that have clicked on the unsubscribe link in an email. The unsubscribe link is included by default on all batch emails.

  • Bounced - indicates if an email has bounced. It means there are issues with the client's email which they need to resolve at their end.

To search emails:

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

Email batches

Track bulk email batches sent from Mercury.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

  3. Click on view personto view the people record

Note: You can export both tables to excel.

SMS

Track all individual SMS messages sent from Mercury.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

SMS Batches

Track all bulk SMS batches sent from Mercury.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

TFN Redactions

Track and monitor redactions that have been made.

  1. Select search criteria to filter the results. eg. date range, type. and your results will display in the table

  2. Right click anywhere on the results to to export to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

  3. Click on view to view the redaction

Custom Report

Custom Reports can be requested via the Mercury Helpdesk. You will need to provide precise details regarding the fields and any date ranges required for the query.

Please note that we are unable to provide a time frame for the completion of these requests which can vary with the complexity of the query.
