This article contains information on how to resign individual loan writers. If you intend to cease business arrangements with Connective please contact your Partnership Manager.
A principal owner can initiate the resignation of a Loan Writer from your business via the Membership Centre in Mercury Nexus.
How to start a resignation
Access the Membership Centre via Mercury Nexus.
Click on Resign a Loan Writer.
Find the loan writer you want to start the resignation process for under the Active Loan Writers
Click Start Resignation.
A resignation form appears. Fill in the following details:
Resignation date
Separation letter – yes or no
New Aggregator
Click Submit.
How to cancel a resignation
Access the Membership Centre via Mercury Nexus.
Click on Resign a Loan Writer.
Find the loan writer you want to cancel the resignation process for under the Resignations in Progress
Click Cancel Resignation.
Click Submit.
