Use this guide to help you review, organise and export your commission data in the Commissions App. These tools make it easier to investigate payments, compare trends and manage commission splits accurately.
Advanced Grouping
View and group your commission data
Grouping helps you arrange large datasets into meaningful views such as lender, writer, trail type or payment date.
Open the Commissions App.
Select Show column filters to display filter and grouping controls.
Drag any column header into the grouping bar at the top of the table.
Expand or collapse grouped rows to view totals.
You can also group data while viewing an individual Commission Statement.
Tip: Grouping by lender or commission type is useful when reconciling individual payment discrepancies.
Filter your commission records
Use the quick search filter
The quick search scans all fields and returns matching line items.
Enter a keyword such as loan number, lender or writer into the Quick Search box.
Apply built-in column filters
Each column includes advanced filtering options.
Tip: Combine quick search and column filters for faster reconciliation.
Export full commission statements
Available export formats include:
HTML Report
Full Statement
RCTI Summary
External (CSV)
Export any table to Excel
Right-click any table within the Commissions App and select Export to Excel.

Note: Exports include any filters or groupings applied to the table.
Review the change log for commission splits
Loan Accounts include a Change Log that shows updates made to commission splitting.
