The Mercury Opportunity record has an button to import data from the linked Apply Online application.
Note: This option can only be used when the linked Apply Online application has been successfully submitted to the lender and the lender reference ID is present.
The import treats the Apply Online application as the 'source of truth', this means the information in the Mercury opportunity will be replaced with the entries from Apply Online. This will alter the Details section, Contacts and CRM Financials.
If you are presented with an error.
1. Double check that your account has access to the application itself by using the 'Edit in Apply Online' button.
2. Check the Lender Reference is correct and there are no spaces in front in that field.
3. Run the update using the Advisor's Mercury account.
