Your primary email address is the email you use to log in to Mercury.
Why your primary email must be unique
Every Mercury Nexus user must have a unique primary email address.
A unique email address is one that is linked to only one Mercury user.
For example:
Shared inboxes or generic addresses cannot be used as a primary email if they are already linked to another Mercury user.
Important
Your primary email address is tied to your login credentials and system notifications. It must not be shared between users.
View or update your primary email address
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Open the Admin App from your dashboard.
Select the My details tab.
Your primary email address will be displayed in this section.
Update the email address if required.
Changes are automatically saved.
Communications email address
Your primary email is used for login access.
If you use a different email address for client or marketing communications, refer to Update your communications email address.
