Before you delete a virtual branch
You can only delete a virtual branch if:
The branch contains no records
No Nexus accounts are assigned to the branch
If the branch contains records, you must move them first.
Important
Deleting a virtual branch is permanent. Ensure all records and users have been reassigned before proceeding.
Who can delete a virtual branch?
You must:
Be a Main Branch user
Have Partner Level access
If you do not have the required access, contact your Principal Owner.
Delete a virtual branch
Open the Admin App in Mercury Nexus.
Go to Partner details.
Click the Virtual branches header.
Select the virtual branch you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted, the branch will no longer appear in your structure.
