Customising your grid view helps you find information faster and work more efficiently.
Mercury Nexus allows you to filter and adjust columns across key CRM screens. Your preferences are saved automatically, so the layout remains the same the next time you log in.
Where you can filter columns
You can customise grid columns in:
Opportunities
People
Company
Tasks
These are accessed through the CRM app.
Filter grid columns
To apply a filter:
Open the CRM app.
Select Opportunities, People, Company or Tasks from the left-hand menu.
Navigate to the table header row.
Hover your mouse over the right-hand side of the column you want to filter.
Click the menu icon that appears.
Select the Filter icon.
Enter the required filter value.
The grid will automatically update to reflect your filter.
Adjust your column layout
You can also customise which columns appear in your grid.
Hover over the right-hand side of any column header.
Open the column menu.
Select column options to show or hide fields as required.
This allows you to tailor the grid to your workflow.
Save your preferences
Your layout and filter settings are saved automatically.
To ensure your changes are retained:
Navigate away from the page by selecting another tab.
When you return or log in again, your grid will appear as previously configured.
Reset your columns
If you want to revert to the default view:
Hover over the right-hand side of any column header.
Open the column menu.
Select Reset Columns.
This will restore the default column layout.
Best practice tips
Keep frequently used fields visible.
Avoid overcrowding the grid with unnecessary columns.
Use filters to focus on priority records (e.g. by status or lender).
