No matter how great a parting is, if you leave a former employee’s account active, you’re leaving your data at risk.

How do I delete or disable a user?

Mercury Nexus makes it easy for you to disable users, protecting your data and providing you peace of mind. To do this:

  1. Open the Admin app and select Manage Users from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Double click on the name of the user you wish to edit.

  3. Untick the Mercury Access Approved

The user will now be moved to the Inactive Users folder and will no longer be able to log in to Mercury Nexus. All historical data will remain available for your team.

Note. You will need Partner Level access to perform this task.
