If your Broker ID is missing or incorrect under Completed Accreditation ID in your My Accreditations section, you will need to request an update.

Accurate accreditation details are essential to ensure correct lender submissions and commission processing.

Where to check your Broker ID

To review your accreditation details:

  • Log in to Mercury Nexus.

  • Open the My Accreditations section.

  • Locate the Completed Accreditation ID field.

Confirm the Broker ID listed matches the ID issued by the lender.

Request an update

If the Broker ID is:

  • Missing; or

  • Incorrect

Email [email protected] and include:

  • Lender name

  • Correct Broker ID (or confirmation it is missing)

The Accreditations team will update your Mercury Nexus profile.

Ensure you provide the exact Broker ID issued by the lender to avoid processing delays.
