Where to check your Broker ID
To review your accreditation details:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Open the My Accreditations section.
Locate the Completed Accreditation ID field.
Confirm the Broker ID listed matches the ID issued by the lender.
Request an update
If the Broker ID is:
Missing; or
Incorrect
Email [email protected] and include:
Lender name
Correct Broker ID (or confirmation it is missing)
The Accreditations team will update your Mercury Nexus profile.
