Connective Property Tools is a property research platform available to Connective members. This guide explains how to access the platform through Mercury Nexus, utilise key features, access training resources and use Property Hub Watchlists to support client conversations and help clients make informed property decisions.
What is Connective Property Tools?
Connective Property Tools, powered by PropTrack, provides access to property data, valuation reports, suburb insights, property monitoring and market research tools. Key features include:

Property Watchlists
These tools can help you better understand local markets, monitor client properties, generate reports and identify opportunities to engage with your clients.
Accessing Connective Property Tools
To access Connective Property Tools:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Select the Property Tools tile from your dashboard.
You will then be taken directly into Connective Property Tools (PropTrack) using single sign-on.
Important
PropertyHub is a separate platform, where you can order valuations, that requires its own login credentials and is not associated with Connective Property Tools. If you want to login, or create a free PropertyHub account, you can visit propertyhub.corelogic.asia and enter your email address to get setup.
Having trouble accessing Property Tools?
If selecting the Property Tools tile takes you to an information page instead of a login screen, your account may not yet be active.

Property Watchlists in Mercury CRM
Property Hub Watchlists allow you to monitor properties that your clients own or are interested in.
You can review when properties are:
Listed for sale
Listed for rent
Sold
Updated within the market
This can help you identify finance opportunities and support proactive client engagement.
Prepare your property list
Before bulk uploading properties to a watchlist, you'll need a CSV file containing property addresses.
Download property addresses from Mercury Nexus
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Select the CRM tile.
Open Reports from the left-hand menu.
Select Custom Report.
Locate the master address list.
Select Download Report.
This will download an Excel file containing client names, email addresses and property addresses.
Remove unnecessary data
Only the property address is required for the watchlist upload.
Delete the following columns:
ClientName
ClientEmail
Save as CSV
Open the spreadsheet in Excel.
Select File > Save As.
Choose CSV (.csv) as the file type.
Select Save.
Your file is now ready for upload.
Adding properties to the Watchlist in Mercury CRM
Log in to Mercury CRM.
Select Property Watchlist from the left navigation menu.
Click the Add / Import Properties button.
Upload your CSV file for a bulk upload OR
Search for a single address.
Important: If the Upload File button is unavailable, first search for an individual property and select Watch. This enables bulk upload functionality from the Watchlist dashboard.
