ProfileMe is a behavioural assessment tool designed specifically for mortgage brokers. It helps you identify traits commonly found in successful brokers and make more informed recruitment and team development decisions.

What is ProfileMe?

ProfileMe is a behavioural profiling tool built using Connective’s broker research.

Behavioural profiling assesses a person’s likelihood of success in a role by measuring character traits and behavioural tendencies.

ProfileMe focuses on:

  • Communication style

  • Work preferences

  • Behavioural alignment with mortgage broking

The closer the match between a person’s traits and those associated with successful brokers, the greater their potential for success.

How to access ProfileMe

There are two ways you can use ProfileMe, depending on your objective.

Option A: Assess yourself or your team

If you would like to better understand yourself or your existing team members:

Email [email protected] with the following details for each participant:

  • Business Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

Reports will be emailed to you unless you specify an alternate recipient.

Option B: Use ProfileMe as an ongoing recruitment tool

If you would like to incorporate ProfileMe into your recruitment process:

Email [email protected] with:

  • Business Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Additional email address(es) for report delivery (if required)

This allows you to use ProfileMe as part of your candidate evaluation process.

What happens next?

Once your request is received:

  • Assessment invitations will be sent to the nominated participants.

  • Participants complete the assessment online.

  • Reports are generated and emailed to the nominated contact.

You can then use the results to support hiring decisions or team development discussions.

Troubleshooting login issues

If you receive an error when attempting to log in to ProfileMe:

  • Take a screenshot of the error message.

  • Email the screenshot to [email protected] for assistance.
