Access Permissions

Commission statements are visible for either your entire company or for each Payee individually, depending on how you have set up your user permissions.

Commissions Access allows a user to view & download Commission Statements & CAF (Asset Finance) RCTI's. To enable access, refer to Manage Users in the Mercury Admin App.

Viewing Commission Statements

In the Commissions App, click on Statements or CAF Statements in the left side panel.

Downloading Commission Statements

To download a statement, click on the statement period & select the report type.

Note: Statement status must be 'Final' to access RCTI Summaries & csv reports.

To bulk-download RCTI Summaries or CSV Exports, Ctrl Select statement periods then click "Download RCTI Summaries" or "CSV Exports"

Payee Login - viewing Commission Statements

You can set up Payee access to Mercury so that the Payee can view their own Commission Statements. Payee logins are usually be set up for Referrers that receive a split of Upfront or Trail.

Virtual Branch - viewing Commission Statements

If you're in a Virtual Branch, you can access the Commission Statements for activity that occurs within the Virtual Branch.
