Use this guide to activate your Connective Property Tools account and access the platform through Mercury Nexus using single sign-on (SSO).
What is Connective Property Tools?
Connective Property Tools is powered by Cotality (previously CoreLogic).
It provides brokers with access to property data and insights via Mercury Nexus using single sign-on.
Note
If you previously held a standalone Cotality or CoreLogic account, your login experience may differ slightly.
Activate your account as a new user
Follow these steps if this is your first time accessing Connective Property Tools.
Wait for your activation confirmation from the Connective Property Tools team.
Open the activation email.
Click the activation link.
Follow the prompts to set up your login credentials.
Tip
If you previously had a Cotality account, you can reuse your existing login details during activation.
Log in through Mercury Nexus
Once your account is active:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Select the Property Tools icon from your dashboard.
Enter your Property Tools username and password when prompted.
If you are redirected to an information page
If you are redirected to an information webpage instead of the login screen, your Property Tools account is not yet active.
You will need to complete registration before accessing the platform.
Important
Access via Mercury will not work until your Property Tools account has been activated.
Log in as an existing user
If your account is already active:
Open Mercury Nexus.
Select the Property Tools icon.
Enter your Property Tools username and password.
Reset your username or password
All login credentials are managed by Cotality.
To reset your details:
Go to the Cotality access page:

Follow the prompts to reset your credentials.
Log in again with your updated details.
If you already have access to RP Data, you can also reset your password via the RP Data login page.
