Some Lenders will not accept applications with the settlement date on a public holiday or weekend.
Settlement Date on a Public Holiday
The following error will display in the Status Tracking tab if the Lender does not accept applications with a settlement date on a Public Holiday.
To resolve this issue, go to the Loan Details tab and ensure the Settlement Date is not a public holiday.
